TICKETING

Are tickets required to attend training camp?

Yes, all training camp practices are ticketed. To secure tickets, fans may visit chiefs.com/tickets starting June 22nd at 10am, subject to availability. Tickets are first come, first served and due to the expected interest and demand, attendance at daily practice sessions will be limited to provide the best fan experience.

Is there a ticket limit?

Yes, fans can reserve a maximum amount of six (6) tickets per practice and can reserve tickets for a maximum of three separate practices. Paid practice dates are not subject to any ticket limits. Season Ticket Member dates do not count towards the maximum practices.

How much do tickets cost?

With the exception of paid admission dates, tickets are free. On paid admission dates, which are July 23rd, July 29th and August 5th, each ticket will cost $5. Children ages 3 and younger are free.

Can I secure tickets to practice in-person?

No, all tickets must be secured via chiefs.com/tickets in advance.

How do I access my tickets?

All tickets to practice are mobile-only. Fans may access their tickets by logging into their account via the Chiefs Mobile App or at mychiefsaccount.com.  For more information on how to access mobile tickets, please visit chiefs.com/mobiletickets

What if I do not have an account?

After adding training camp tickets to your shopping cart, select "Sign Up" when prompted to sign into your Chiefs account.

Are all practices open to the public?

Yes, all practices, with the exception of the designated Season Ticket Member Days on July 24th and August 9th, are open to the public. Additionally, all practices are free with the exception of July 23rd, 29th and August 5th.

I am a season ticket member; how do I get tickets to the exclusive Season Ticket Member days at Training Camp? Can I come to both dates?

Yes, July 24th and August 9th are exclusively open to season ticket members and not the general public. To secure tickets, season ticket members may visit chiefs.com/tickets starting June 21st at 10am to reserve up to six (6) tickets for either or both dates.

When does practice start? When will the gates open to training camp?

Training camp gates will open 30 minutes prior to the posted start of practice and will close 30 minutes after practice. For a full schedule and practice start times, please click here.

Schedule Changes/Practice Cancellation:

Practices may be cancelled or moved indoors due to inclement weather. Due to space limitations, fans are not permitted to view practices that are conducted in the indoor practice facility at Missouri Western State University. Tickets for practices that are cancelled or moved indoors will not be re-scheduled, however fans are encouraged to reserve tickets for another day via chiefs.com/tickets, pending availability. For paid ticket days, refunds will not be issued but a make-up date will be provided.

SAFETY & SECURITY

What is the bag policy at Chiefs Training Camp presented by Mosaic Life Care?

Guests are strongly encouraged to not bring any type of bag into camp. For those that need to carry a bag, the NFL Clear Bag Policy will be in effect which permits the following types of bags into GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc or similar)
  • Small clutch bags that are 4.5" x 6.5" or smaller
  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.

What items are prohibited?

See below for a list of prohibited items that cannot be brought into camp:

  • Glass, metal, plastic thermos, cups, bottles or flasks
  • Coolers of any size or type.
  • Alcohol of any kind.
  • Weapons or anything that can be used as a projectile or is deemed dangerous by Security management.
  • Firearms, weapons of any type or fireworks.
  • Banners, signs or flags of that are larger than 3' x 5'.
  • Single purpose video cameras or still-photography cameras with a lens longer than 6".
  • Any animal with the exception of a service animal.
  • Boom boxes
  • Flammable liquids
  • Noisemakers including air horns, klaxon, bells, whistles, etc.
  • Laser pointers of any type, poles or rods
  • Balloons
  • Selfie sticks
  • Drones
  • Any other items deemed dangerous, unacceptable or inappropriate by MWSU or Chiefs security

Autographed Items

  • Autographed items, including sports balls and helmets are permitted. These items may be subject to additional screening and sports balls may not be thrown.

Heat Awareness

Please remember that practice is outside and subject to the summer heat and humidity. Fans are encouraged to take precautions including:

  • Staying properly hydrated
  • Applying sunscreen
  • Using shade to avoid heat-related issues
  • Visiting the misting tent
  • Wearing light, loose-fitting clothing

Inclement Weather

In case of lightning or other severe weather, fans should seek shelter and follow the instructions of local law enforcement and university personnel.

First Aid

A First Aid tent will be on-site and will be staffed by Mosaic Life Care. This tent will offer shade and access to emergency personnel if needed.

Accessibility

For guests in need of mobility assistance, mobility carts will be available throughout parking Lot H.

Smoking Policy

Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is prohibited.

Lost Children

If your child becomes separated from you, please contact the nearest staff member or go to the Chiefs Information Tent located behind the bleachers in the south endzone.

Are pets allowed?

Pets, with the exception of service animals, are not permitted.

PARKING

Where can the public park for training camp practices? 

Parking on campus will be available in Lot H. With the exception of season ticket member days, fans will be charged $5 per day to park and are encouraged to purchase in advance here. Parking for buses and RVs has been set aside in Lot H at a rate of $15 per vehicle.  There is no free parking spaces on-campus.

Where is accessible parking located?

Accessible parking is available in Lot H. Additionally, accessible parking in front of Baker Family Fitness Center and may be more convenient for guests requiring a level entrance.

Can the public tailgate in the parking lot?

Fans are welcome to tailgate prior to practice, under the following guidelines:  

  • Only one parking space may be taken up per car 
  • Alcohol is prohibited in all MWSU parking lots 
  • All trash should be disposed of in the barrels provided

AMENITIES

Are there restrooms on site?

Yes, on-site restroom facilities and port-a-johns will be available.

Will there be concessions?

Yes, food and beverage will be available for purchase, including soft drinks and water.

Is Chiefs merchandise available for purchase at camp?

The Chiefs Pro Shop will be located near the entry and will sell official player jerseys, hats and more. Fans may also visit the official online pro shop at shop.chiefs.com.

Is seating provided at training camp?

Bleachers will be available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Fans are also welcome to sit on the hills located in the north and south endzones.

Where is accessible seating at training camp?

Accessible seating is available in the south endzone of the practice field next to the concession stand.

Where is the lost and found?

Lost and found is in the Chiefs Information Tent located behind the bleachers on the south side of field.

Is there a nursing lounge at Training Camp?

A nursing lounge will be available on-site and will be staffed by Mosaic Life Care. This air conditioned space will feature a recliner, fridge, and cleaning supplies for breastfeeding mothers to nurse in private.

MISCELLANEOUS

Can the public take photos or video of the players during training camp practices?

Fans are welcome to take photos at training camp, however, no audio or video recording devices are allowed, including camcorders or cellular phones with video capabilities. Videotaping during practice is strictly prohibited.

How can my child(ren) participate in the Gatorade Junior Training Camp?

The Gatorade Junior Training Camp is open to members of the Chiefs Flag program who have been preselected and is not open to walk-up participants.  For more information about the Chiefs Flag program, including how to find a league, please visit ChiefsFlag.com.

Are there opportunities to get autographs at Training Camp?
