The Kansas City Chiefs Ticket Office is located at Gate D1 on the Southeast corner of Arrowhead Stadium. Tickets may be purchased for all Arrowhead events at the Box Office with cash and the following credit cards: MasterCard, American Express, Visa, and Discover.

Ticket Office Hours are:

Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturdays prior to Sunday home games from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Will Call

Tickets purchased for Chiefs games may be picked up at Will Call located at Gate D1 on the Southeast corner of Arrowhead Stadium beginning 1 ½ hours before the game. Photo identification is required for pick up. Tickets ordered over the phone and through the Internet via Ticketmaster are placed in Will Call for Customer pickup. Tickets left by the participating teams may also be picked up at the above destination.
