The Kansas City Chiefs Ticket Office is located at Gate D1 on the Southeast corner of Arrowhead Stadium. Tickets may
be purchased for all Arrowhead events at the Box Office with cash and the following credit cards: MasterCard, American
Express, Visa, and Discover.

Pat-Down Policies
You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the Stadium. By tendering your ticket and entering the
Stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the NFL, the Kansas City
Chiefs, its member clubs, their affiliates and stadium landlord, or their agents. If you elect not to consent to the
searches, you will be denied entry into the Stadium.

Will Call
Tickets purchased for Chiefs games may be picked up at Will Call located at Gate D1 on the Southeast corner of
Arrowhead Stadium beginning 1 ½ hours before the game. Photo identification is required for pick up. Tickets ordered
over the phone and through the Internet via Ticketmaster are placed in Will Call for Customer pickup. Tickets left by
the participating teams may also be picked up at the above destination.
Seat improvement program
For those season ticket holders wishing to upgrade their seat locations from year to year, the Kansas City Chiefs
offer a Seat Improvement Program beginning in March after season ticket renewals. To sign up for participation one must
fill out a upgrade request at the time of renewal. The order of participation is based upon seniority as a season
ticket holder and appointment times are assigned whereby account holders may either call a Seat Improvement Hotline or
appear in person. Changes are not mandatory and a $10 fee is assessed only if changes are made.
Lost and stolen tickets
In the event that season tickets have been lost, the Ticket Office will allow the season ticket holder of record to
repurchase their seats. The replacement charge will be the full price of the ticket plus a $2 administrative fee. In
the event that these lost tickets are found (unused) they may be returned within one month to the Chiefs Ticket Office
for a full refund of the ticket price. The replacement copy of the tickets must accompany this transaction.
In the event that season tickets have been stolen, the Ticket Office will replace these tickets at no charge except
the $2 administrative fee. These requests must be accompanied by a police report regarding the stolen tickets. Reports
will be filed with Stadium security and those in possession of the reported stolen items if apprehended will be
presented to the appropriate authorities.
