Originally entered the NFL as the Chiefs first-round pick (23rd overall) in the 2014 NFL Draft.

NFL Career Highlights:

  • Played defensive rush end/outside linebacker at Auburn.
  • Drafted by the Chiefs with the 23rd overall pick in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft. 
  • Played in 52 games (20 starts) at Auburn, recording 93 tackles (59 solo), 20.5 sacks (-163 yards), 27.5 tackles for loss (-263 yards) and 30 QB pressures ... Also forced three fumbles, had two pass breakups and one interception.

College:

Played in 52 games (20 starts) at Auburn, recording 93 tackles (59 solo), 20.5 sacks (-163 yards), 27.5 tackles for losses (-263 yards) and 30 quarterback pressures … Also forced three fumbles, deflected two passes and intercepted another and blocked one kick … Among active NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision players, Ford closed out his career ranked fifth in tackle-for-loss yardage (263) ...
