Signed with Kansas City as an Unrestricted Free Agent (3/12/14) ... Signed with Houston (7/30/13) ... Released from Denver (7/23/13) ... Resigned with Denver (3/18/12) ... Traded to Denver (7/30/10) ... Selected with the Eagles sixth round pick (200th Overall) in the 2008 NFL Draft.

 

NFL Career Highlights:

  • Seventh-year linebacker enters his first season with the Chiefs in 2014 after spending a season in Houston (2013), three seasons in Denver (2010-12) and two seasons in Philadelphia (2008-09).
  • Owns 194 tackles (141 solo), 1.5 sacks (-10.5 yards), six passes defensed, nine quarterback pressures, 18 tackles for loss and one forced fumble. He also has 26 special teams stops.
  • Has played in three postseason contests (two starts) and recorded 15 tackles (nine solo), one pass defensed and two special teams stops.

  • Attended Hyde Park Career Academy in Chicago, where he earned first-team All-City honors as a senior after tallying 115 tackles, 16.0 sacks and two interceptions. 
  • Did not play football until his junior year and went on to earn first-team all-conference honors during his final two seasons.
  • Married; wife, LaToyia with a son, Jai, and a daughter, Joi.
