Why am I being asked to sign a club level seat agreement?
The three-year and five-year agreements offer club level seat holders guaranteed pricing.  Club level season tickets are a premium seating option, providing the best sightlines, club level access and amenities not available to other season ticket holders.

Can the language in the club level seat agreement be altered?
While we encourage you to thoroughly review the agreement, please note that the standard language cannot be altered to accommodate individual requests.

Why am I being asked to commit now, when the renovation is only going to be complete in 2010?
Due to the size and the scope of the renovation project taking place at Arrowhead Stadium over the next three years, we are asking for your commitment to your season tickets on the club level beginning with next year’s 2009 schedule.  The 2009 season will be the “soft launch” of the New Arrowhead Stadium where we will have some of the club amenities in place.  For example, the concourses will have been widened and the club level enclosed.   In 2010 when we will cut the ribbon on the 21st century New Arrowhead, all of the state of the art features will be in place and constructions crews will be gone.

Why does the price increase so dramatically from 2009 to 2010?
During the 2009 season, the club level will be enclosed and climate controlled and the concourses will be widened but not all features will be in place and we will still have construction taking place around the stadium.  In 2010, the New Arrowhead and all its new amenities will be in place.  We will have dedicated club level entrances and escalators, upscale dining and premium beverage options, and resort style restrooms with attendants.  Although there is a price increase between 2009 and 2010, the Kansas City Chiefs average ticket price on the club level will still be on the low end when compared to other teams in the National Football League.

What is the License Fee within my Club Seat Agreement?
This is simply the total payment for your 2009 seats and parking.  If you review the Club Seats and other Obligations/Benefits section of your agreement, you will find your payment totals for each year.  The Chiefs are not charging a separate rights fee on top of the ticket and parking fees.

Can I transfer or assign my club level seat agreement?
The club level seat agreement may be transferred or assigned only with the written consent of the Kansas City Chiefs.

Can I upgrade or relocate my VIP Club Level seats during the term of my club level seat agreement?
Our goal is to provide the seats you request.  However, all club level seat holders will sign a multi-year agreement, which minimizes our opportunity to relocate fans.  If seats become available, you will be given the opportunity to relocate your seats in a price level equal to or higher than the seats reserved in your agreement.  The seat relocation process will be similar to our current service.  You can complete a relocation form and our staff will contact you if we can fulfill your request.

Why do I need to pay a security deposit?
All non-club seat holders are being asked to pay a 10% deposit of the overall agreement value as part of the three or five year commitment.  The deposit amount can be used to pay for your tickets in the last year of your agreement.

Who will be the concessionaires?
Levy Restaurants will be the primary concessionaire on the Club Level.  There will be wider and more upscale variety of food and beverage options available when the renovation is completed.

What are the prices of concessions going to be?
This information is not available to us at this moment, but it is more than likely that the prices will be comparable to the current concession prices.

Why should I sign a 5 year deal compared to 3 year deal?

Is there a wait-list for the VIP Club Level?
Yes, however by calling in today, we will be able to fulfill your request to obtain VIP Club Seats.  Please call 888-99-CHIEFS if you have interest in talking to us about VIP Club Level seats.

Can I come to the stadium and choose my seat?
We would be happy to schedule an appointment with you to view your potential seat.

Can I smoke on the new VIP Club Level concourse?
No, the ramps will be the only area’s where smoking will be permitted.
