OPENING REMARKS: “It reminded me of my time in west Texas with all the wind we had out there, but we made it through it, handled it and tried to put the finishing touches on the week. We’ll have a walk-through tomorrow and then travel. Then, we play on Sunday and will see what we can get done. Overall, I think the attitude of the players has been good this week. They’ve worked good, so we just have to go put our best foot forward and hopefully come away with a winning effort, so that’s what we’ve been focused on and that’s what we’re trying to get done.”
Q: What does your injury report look like?
Q: So Horne will play? He won’t be on the injury report, right?
CRENNEL: “Yeah. Well, he’ll be on the injury report as full participation because he had that illness yesterday.”
Q: And you’ll list him as probable?
CRENNEL: “Probable, yeah.”
Q: So just those three guys?
Q: How have you seen
CRENNEL: “I think the biggest improvement has been that teams have seemed to test him a little bit this year, and he’s been able to stand up to the test and make plays. I think that’s the biggest improvement. I think he’s gained confidence in his game and his ability and what he feels like he can do week-in and week-out, and that’s a positive.”
Q: Do you think both Brandon Carr and
CRENNEL: “Yeah, I think so. I think they’ve seen enough now that they can probably say that they’re veteran guys. They understand what it takes to play the position that they play.”
