KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Kansas City Chiefs announced on Tuesday that the club will host a special NFL Draft Day Party open to the public on Thursday, April 26 at the 810 Zone in Leawood, Kan. The restaurant is located at 4800 W. 119th Street.
“The draft is always a special time of year for our fans as we get to welcome new members to the Chiefs family,” President Mark Donovan said. “We are excited to work with our partners at 810 to organize this event and create a fun gathering place for all fans.”
Fans are encouraged to arrive early for 5 p.m. happy hour specials and live radio call-ins, provided by Sports Radio 810 WHB, leading up to the televised broadcast of the NFL Draft on numerous big screen televisions in the restaurant.
A current Chiefs player, Ambassadors, Cheerleaders and KC Wolf will make appearances during the event to help Chiefs fans welcome our newly-selected member to the Sea of Red. All Chiefs participants will sign autographs, take pictures and provide special Chiefs prizes to randomly-selected fans. 810 Zone will offer food and drink specials throughout the evening.
Additionally, on Thursday evening, the Chiefs will host a draft party exclusive to Season Ticket Holders.
