Chiefs and USA Football are Teaming Up

The Kansas City Chiefs and USA Football are teaming up
July 19 to host a coaching clinic designed exclusively for youth football coaches. The clinic will take place on
Saturday and last the whole day. It will teach effective ways to develop and organize teams, proper fundamentals,
implement drills and help to communicate with players, parents, and other coaches.
Throughout the day there will be several different sessions for the coaches to go through. These include coaching
theory sessions, offensive and defensive strategies, and a fundamentals/ drills session. After lunch, Chiefs C Rudy
Niswanger will show up and give a presentation to the coaches in attendance.
USA Football is the national governing body of America’s favorite sport on youth and amateur levels. An independent
non-profit based near Washington, D.C., USA Football, which hosts more than 100 training events annually, offers
education programs for coaches and game officials as well as skill development for young players and resources for
youth league administrators.
