Here at kcchiefs.com, we run across a lot of stories from around the NFL and the rest of the sports world. We
know you probably have more important things to do than to spend all day scanning the web, so we’ve pulled together a
few we thought were interesting. In Case You Missed It…
1. The Green Bay Packers have yet to sign a single free agent this off-season. The same goes for the Indianapolis
Colts. Here in Kansas City, the Chiefs have focused their efforts on building through the draft, and have inked just
two unrestricted free agents. Rick Gosselin of the Dallas Morning News explains why smart NFL teams are
spending very little in free agency this off-season.

2. Its no secret that Boston College QB Matt Ryan is a hot name in the upcoming NFL Draft. It comes as no surprise
that a horde of NFL scouts and front office executives were in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts on Tuesday to watch Ryan
workout at BC’s Pro Day. Mike Reiss of the Boston Globe recapped the Pro Day that included a visit from Chiefs
President Carl Peterson, head coach Herm Edwards and offensive coordinator Chan Gailey.

3. Remember RB William Green? No? Cleveland’s 2002 first-round pick (16th overall) worked out with Matt Ryan and Co.
at Boston College’s Pro Day in hopes of making an NFL comeback after a two-year absence from the game. Jason Cole of
Yahoo! Sports takes a look at Green’s story.

available on the web. The cache is updated every weekday at 11:00 AM and on weekends by 2:00 PM.

5. Are you a fan of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars? Former Cowboys RB Emmitt Smith not only competed, but
emerged victorious on the hit TV program last year. This season, yet another NFL star will try his luck with the tango
as Miami DE Jason Taylor star’s in the season premier on Monday night.
