424 CAREER MADE FIELD GOALS

When the Chiefs signed K John Carney on November 27th, they signed one of the top field goal kickers in NFL history. The 18-year veteran has converted 424 of 518 field goals (81.9%) in addition to connecting on 534 of 542 PATs for 1,806 points. Carney’s 424 made field goals rank fourth in NFL history. He becomes the second player with a link to the Chiefs to rank in the top five, joining K Morten Andersen who has converted 560 career field goals.
