Starting/Playing Streaks & Notes: G Will Shields extended his franchise records by
starting his 214th consecutive game and playing in his 215th consecutive game. TE Tony Gonzalez extended his string of
consecutive starts to 118 games.
Chiefs vs. NFC: The Chiefs own an NFL-best 20-4 (.833) record in interconference games at
home dating back to ‘95.
Chiefs vs. Seattle: The Chiefs are now 20-5 all-time against Seattle at Arrowhead,
including a 11-2 mark dating back to ‘90.
Defensive Stats: The Chiefs allowed a season-low 47 rushing yards vs. Seattle, the club’s
best tally since permitting 37 vs. Cincinnati (1/1/06). Kansas City has allowed just 78.3 rushing ypg in its last six
games at Arrowhead. The Chiefs have gone 19 consecutive games at Arrowhead without permitting a 100-yard rusher, the
longest active streak in the NFL. Kansas City held Seattle to 240 total net yards, marking the third time this season
KC has held an opponent under 250 yards.
Offensive Stats: Kansas City produced 499 yards of total offense, the club’s most since
registering 537 vs. Cicinnatti (1/1/06). The Chiefs had 79 offensive plays, the club’s most since having 81 at Miami
(10/21/05). KC’s 53 rushing attempts were the club’s most since having 54 vs. Buffalo (10/7/91). The Chiefs have scored
30+ points in three consecutive home games and are now 39-4 (.907) when scoring 30 points or more at Arrowhead dating
back to ‘90.
Time of Possession: The Chiefs held the ball for 42:15 vs. Seattle, the club’s biggest
time of possession margin since holding the ball for 42:47 in a 20-17 OT win vs. Seattle (9/28/97). It was KC’s
third-highest time of possession margin since ‘90.
Turnover Stats: The Chiefs are 31-3 (.912) at Arrowhead in games when forcing two or more
INTs dating back to ‘95. CB Patrick Surtain recorded his first INT of the season, his fifth as a member of the Chiefs
and the 34th of his career. DE Jared Allen registered his first career INT.
Johnson’s Scoring Stats: RB Larry Johnson scored 24 points on four TDs (three rushing, one
receiving), tying for the second-highest single-game point and TD total in team history. It was Johnson’s 16th career
game with two or more total TDs. The Chiefs are 10-2 (.833) in games when Johnson scores two or more rushing TDs.
Johnson now has eight rushing TDs on the season and 38 in his career. He also has two receiving TDs on the season and
five in his career.
More on Johnson’s Day: RB Larry Johnson established Chiefs single-game records for rushing
attempts and total attempts from scrimmage breaking the previous record of 38 (38 rushes, 0 receptions) established by
RB Christian Okoye at Green Bay (12/10/89). Johnson finished the game with 155 rushing yards, his fourth 100-yard
rushing game of the season and the 17th of his career. The Chiefs are 13-4 (.765) when Johnson has a 100-yard game,
including a 10-0 mark at Arrowhead. He became the eighth player in Chiefs history to produce 3,000 or more career
rushing yards.

Huard’s Day: QB Damon Huard now owns a 9-3 (.750) record as an NFL starter, including a
4-2 record with Kansas City and a 3-0 mark at Arrowhead. Huard has topped the 100.0-rating plateau in all three of his
starts at Arrowhead, completing 50 of 75 passes (66.7%) for 752 yards with five TDs and no INTs, numbers that translate
into a 121.8 rating. Sunday’s game marked Huard’s fourth 100.0-rating game of the season and the fifth of his career.
Huard threw for a career-high 312 yards, surpassing his previous high of 288 yards at Arizona (10/8/06).
Gonzalez Extends Receiving Streak: TE Tony Gonzalez extended his franchise-record
receiving streak to 91 games, the third-longest streak in NFL history by a tight end. Gonzalez recorded his second
100-yard receiving game of the season and the 17th of his career with 116 yards vs. Seattle. It marked the first time
Gonzalez has produced back-to-back 100-yard contests since the final two games of the 2004 campaign.

Kennison’s Day: WR Eddie Kennison produced six catches for a season-high 132 yards,
marking his 15th 100-yard game as a member of the Chiefs and 19th 100-yard game of his NFL career.
100-Yard Rusher/100-Yard Receivers: The Chiefs registered a 100-yard rusher and a 100-yard
receiver in the same game for a second consecutive contest. It marked the first time the Chiefs boasted a pair of
100-yard receivers in the same contest since TE Tony Gonzalez (144) and RB Larry Johnson (115) did it at San Diego
(1/2/05).
Halftime Notes: KC is now 50-7 (.877) in regular season action at Arrowhead when leading
at the half dating back to ‘95.
Sack Stats: LB Derrick Johnson now has 3.5 sacks on the season and 5.5 for his career.
Two-Point Conversion: Kansas City converted a two-point on a pass from QB Damon Huard to
TE Tony Gonzalez. It marked the Chiefs first successful two-point conversion since QB Trent Green connected on a pass
to WR Marc Boerigter vs. Washington (10/16/05).
