WR Dante Hall Named This Week's Ameriquest Mortgage Neighborhood MVP

New York-DANTE HALL has been named this week’s Ameriquest Mortgage Neighborhood MVP, it was announced today. Hall was chosen because of his commitment to rebuilding communities through his X-Factor Foundation. The X-Factor Foundation promotes urban reconstruction and works to build recreational facilities for families in underserved neighborhoods.

As part of his plan to help revitalize urban neighborhoods, Hall and his foundation recently partnered with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, KaBOOM!, and the Kansas City Parks and Recreation Department to donate $65,000 towards the construction of a playground at Blue Valley Park. Forty children from the Police Athletic League program helped develop the design of the playground, and on September 28, two-hundred fifty volunteers arrived to begin building the children’s dream playground.

The Ameriquest Mortgage Neighborhood MVP Award recognizes an NFL player each week during the regular season for his dedication to making physical improvements to neighborhoods in his community.

The winners of the Ameriquest Mortgage Neighborhood MVP Award are selected each week for their outstanding work in their community and are featured on a weekly segment on NFL Network’s flagship program NFL Total Access on Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. EST. Ameriquest also makes a $1,000 donation each week to the charitable organization designated by the Neighborhood MVP.

At the end of the season, one of the weekly Neighborhood MVP Award winners will be selected as the national Neighborhood MVP of the Year. Ameriquest will make an additional $10,000 contribution to this player’s charity of choice.
