Ticket Sales Representative - Kansas City Chiefs


Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing
Summary: Entry-level position responsible for the sale of season tickets, group tickets and non-Chiefs events (as needed) for the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium.

Responsibilities:

* Outbound selling of Kansas City Chiefs season tickets, group tickets and other ticket & hospitality products * Call/email new sales leads to general sales * Work gameday to support ticket sales initiatives and other operational needs * Provide excellent customer service and generate repeat business and referrals * Represent the Chiefs organization in an exemplary manner * Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers * Participate and contribute to weekly sales team meetings and training sessions * Maintain electronic account records for upkeep of customer relationship database * Conduct in-stadium appointments to assist closing new deals and developing new clients * Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and long term sales goals

Sales & Marketing: Senior Suite Sales Manager
Premium Suite Sales – Kansas City Chiefs (Kansas City, MO)

Reports to: Vice President Sales & Marketing
Department: Sales & Marketing
Hours: Full-Time
Compensation: Commensurate with experience

 

Examples of Position Responsibilities: Sell and service premium seats and accounts for the Kansas City Chiefs. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Generate sales via appointment setting, local prospecting, ticket sales events and cold calling
• Attain and exceed the specified suite and hospitality sales goals
• Manage and service existing clients and assist with the sales renewal process
• Strong sense of client service
• Adhere to the established policies and procedures in performing all account creation, invoicing, payments, ticket printing and distribution functions
• Work as a team with other members of the Premium Sales division as the need arises and/or special projects become priorities
• Work all Chiefs home games and any other events as needed

• General knowledge of computers including experience of Architcs or similar system

Our Internship Program is designed to give exposure and experience on how a sales and marketing department for a major sport organization operates. Our emphasis is to provide significant challenges, varying daily operational requirements and opportunity for creativity, resourcefulness, and excellence. CENTERPLATE: Arrowhead Fundraising Program

 

Centerplate is looking for local groups that want to raise money for their activity by vending products like Coke, peanuts, popcorn and beer (must be over 21 years old to sell beer).   We are looking for groups of 10 or more people (16 years old or older with adult supervision) who are available to work as few as one or as many as eight Chiefs games this season.  You will need to attend a one-hour training session at Arrowhead on the Thursday before the game.  Other than that, we provide uniforms, parking, product and everything that you need to make money for your group.
