FAQ’s
When can I expect to receive my membership kit?
Membership kits will arrive 3-5 weeks from the date you register.
I do not wish to pay by credit card/I am not comfortable signing up on the internet. Can my child still become a member?
Yes! You may also sign up by calling us directly at 816.920.4812.
How do I renew my child’s membership?
Official Chiefs Kids Club memberships are valid through the child’s 15th birthday and do not need to be renewed on an annual basis.
To keep MVP Kids Club Memberships new and exciting, each membership will last for one year from the date of enrollment. A renewal notice will be sent shortly before the membership expiration date and you will have the opportunity to renew your child’s membership for another year. The Kansas City Chiefs will work hard to continue to find innovative ways to make the Chiefs Kids Club the best it can be each and every year. You may also renew online by visiting us at http://chiefs.jacksongroup.com.
My child is a member and I need to make changes to our account.
You may access your account at any time by following this link http://chiefs.jacksongroup.com and entering your email address and password. All changes can be made securely through this website.
Lost cards?
We are happy to replace membership cards at a small fee of $3 per replacement card (this fee covers shipping and production costs only). Simply send the member’s name, address and a check or money order payable to the Kansas City Chiefs to the address below:

How will I know if my child has been selected as a contest or promotional winner?
All winners will be announced on kcchiefs.com/fan-zone/kids.html and notified by Chiefs Kids Club staff. Children are not eligible to win more than one contest per year.
Privacy Concerns
No information that you provide will be sold or distributed to a third party and will be used only by the Kansas City Chiefs for Chiefs Kids Club related purposes.
