The Kansas City Chiefs are proud to support non-profit organizations and charitable fund raisers within the states of Missouri and Kansas. Due to the high number of requests received, the Chiefs are unable to honor other out-of-state donations.

The Chiefs are unable to honor requests for monetary donations or sponsorships. Monetary donations are allocated through the Chiefs Children’s Fund which benefits children’s organizations within the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Due to the numerous requests received, the donation of footballs or jerseys and donated or discounted game tickets is prohibited. Outside items are not accepted for autographing.

GUIDELINES

• Your non-profit organization must be, or benefiting, a 501(c)(3) charity, a school, or a church. You must include the tax ID number. Without a tax ID number, we are unable to consider your request.
• All requests for a donated item must be submitted in writing on organizational letterhead at least 30 days in advance of an event. Please include information about the event, the date of the event, a contact name and phone number, the 501(c)(3) number and/or tax ID letter, and a mailing address.
• The Chiefs will donate one item per year per organization.
• The Chiefs do not sponsor businesses or family reunions.
