The Chiefs are proud to support non-profit organizations and charitable fundraisers within the two-state region of Kansas and Missouri. Due to the high number of requests received, the Chiefs are unable to make other out-of-state donations. Such donations are strictly limited to Chiefs articles. Requests for monetary contributions or tickets are not accepted.

GUIDELINES

• Your non-profit organization must be a 501(c)(3) charity, a school, or a church. You must include your tax ID number. Without a tax ID number, we will be unable to consider your request.
• Chiefs’ donations are limited to Missouri and Kansas.
• All requests for donated items must be made at least 30 days in advance of an event.
• The Chiefs only donate one item per year per organization.
• The Chiefs do not sponsor businesses. 
  

AUTOGRAPHED REQUESTS

The Kansas City Chiefs do not accept items to be autographed from outside organizations or charitable events. Any items sent to us will be returned. The Kansas City Chiefs do not assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

The Chiefs make a number of donations to charitable causes in the two-state region of Kansas and Missouri. Requests should be made no less than 30 days in advance of an event. Be sure to include specific information about not only the event itself but the activities that you wish the player to partake in. Failure to include this information or follow the guidelines will result in your request not being considered.

The request must include information about the event, the date of the event, a contact name and phone number, and a mailing address.

An item will be mailed approximately two weeks prior to the date of the event. As we receive many requests for donated items, we are unable to donate game tickets, footballs or jerseys, and will honor one donation request per year per organization.
