Be a member of the famous Junior Chiefs Cheerleaders! Your daughter will laugh, learn, and grow in the life-changing
self-esteem building program!
NO TRYOUTS! Two age groups: 6-8 and 9-11. Each age group will be further broken down into
individual “cheer groups.”
CHEER AT ARROWHEAD! JR CC offers a rare opportunity for young girls to perform during pre-game and
halftime shows for over 78,000 Kansas City Chiefs fans at Arrowhead Stadium. Monthly clinics are taught by the Chiefs
Cheerleaders and the Chiefs Red & Gold Girls.
MONTHLY CLINICS. JR CCs meet one Saturday morning a month for an incredibly fun 3 hour clinic with
the Chiefs Cheerleaders. Dress rehearsals are also included before the two Arrowhead Stadium performances with the
Chiefs Cheerleaders!
Dance and Cheer your heart out! You’ll have your own Big Sis Chiefs Cheerleader who will help you with
leadership, public speaking, dancing, and you can expect lots of laughs!
INSTRUCTION AND SUPERVISION: Program coordinated by Chiefs Cheerleader directors, Chiefs
Cheerleaders, and the Red & Gold Girls (Chiefs game day spirit squad). Parents do not stay for class.
LOCATION: all events are held at the Truman Sports Complex (either in the Chiefs practice facility or

2008 JUNIOR CC SCHEDULE
Wed., May 28 or Wed., June 18 (choose one) ORIENTATION - Attend for one hour (your
choice): 5:00PM, 6:00PM, 7:00PM, or 8:00PM. Receive information, pay member fee (if not already paid), size and order
uniform and boots, meet the directors and some Chiefs Cheerleaders and Red & Gold Girls. Uniforms take six to
eight weeks and will be mailed to you. Note: $40 monthly class fee may be paid by “Easy Pay” which is withdrawn
automatically from your account; otherwise tuition is paid through the mail.
Sat., June 28 – 9:00 AM – 12:00 NOON - JR CC Clinic, Meet the CC’s and the Red & Gold Girls,
get your own Big Sis CC and your Buddy Red & Gold Girls, receive your T-shirt, notebook, pom pons, bag, and
instructional DVD
Sat., July 26 - 9:00 AM – 12:00 NOON - JR CC Clinic, autographed CC poster
Sat., Aug. 16 – “JR CC Night at the Chiefs” – Chiefs vs. Cardinals (optional activity – not included
in membership) – group seating, open to JR CC, family and friends at $25, in-stadium recognition
Sat., Aug. 23 - 9:00 AM – 12:00 NOON – JR CC Clinic, receive Heart Habits booklet
