Stadium Advisory

For the safety of all Chiefs fans and employees, we have established the following guidelines for bringing items into Arrowhead Stadium. Effective immediately, and until further notice:

FANS FIRST

This coming season, the Kansas City Chiefs are enhancing their Fan Assistance Program to include new initiatives and policies.

Arrowhead Stadium ticket holders are known to be loud and proud in their support of the Chiefs, but rudeness and inappropriate language and behavior are not acceptable at Arrowhead at any time. Since the opening of the stadium and now as we begin its renovation, our goal is to continually provide a family atmosphere, and that is something all of us connected with the team from ownership on down intend to do.

fansfirst In conjunction with the renovation of Arrowhead we make a renewed commitment to what we call “The Arrowhead Experience.” To that end,

  • We have expanded our customer service areas to several locations throughout the stadium manned with easily identified staff. They are there to make sure your game day is as comfortable as it should be.
  • You will see new signage as you make your way to your seat. Look for the FANS FIRST logo - these signs will indicate our customer service loacations, where you will find our staff ready to assist with any issues you may encounter. From broken seats to fan misbehavior, you need only make it known to our staff and they will assist you.
  • We have initiated new training for our game day staff in an effort to meet your needs and the problems you encounter.

As a ticket holder you have invested both your dollars and your leisure time to follow the Kansas City Chiefs.

We appreciate that – from the Hunt family, to the team’s front office, to our players, coaches and staff and to the people who make up our game day staff that are dedicated to make your visits to Arrowhead as enjoyable as they can be.

If you have a customer relations need or question please contact Anita Bailey.

Pat-Down Policy
You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the Stadium.  By tendering your ticket and entering the Stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the NFL, the Kansas City Chiefs, its member clubs, their affiliates and stadium landlord, or their agents. If you elect not to consent to the searches, you will be denied entry into the Stadium.
