Q: What is Arrowhead Park?

A: In response to many of you who have requested a way to come to the Sports Complex early or have to travel some distance for home games, Arrowhead Park offers overnight parking opportunities at the stadium inside the stadium complex.

Q: Where is it located in relation to Arrowhead Stadium?

A: It’s located at the northwest corner of the Truman Sports Complex near Lot N. If you’re traveling from the east: take I-70 W to Blue Ridge Cutoff. North on Blue Ridge Cutoff to 40 Hwy. Go west on 40 Hwy to Stadium Drive and take the Drive south to the Arrowhead Park entrance. If you’re coming from the west: take I-435 to Stadium Drive. Exit and at the top of the hill turn right and follow to the Arrowhead Park Entrance.

Q: What does it cost to park overnight?

A: Parking rates are $90 per night, which includes parking for the day prior to the game and the day of the game for all events hosted by Arrowhead Stadium. If you have a tow-in or add-on vehicle it’s an additional $20 dollars per night with privileges to come and go as you please. If you move your vehicle to a lot closer to the stadium the day of the event you will not have to pay another parking fee.

Q: Can I purchase on a season basis or just game by game?

A: You can purchase a season pass to Arrowhead Park as well as on a game by game basis or by calling 816-920-4382. You may also pay cash at the Arrowhead Park gate the day before a game.

Q: How soon can I enter Arrowhead Park and when do I have to leave?

A: Arrowhead Park opens at 1 PM the day before every Arrowhead Stadium event and you may check in up to 11:59 PM. You must vacate the Park two hours after the conclusion of every event.

Q: Can I reserve a spot or do I have to buy one at the time I arrive?

A: For your convenience, you can do either. You may reserve a spot for the season or a game in advance right now by using your credit or debit card, or by calling Arrowhead Stadium at 816-920-4382.

Only cash will be accepted as payment at the Arrowhead Park gate the day before a game.

Q: Is there security available and is it a safe environment?

A: Security is round the clock to assist you as well as to assure that rules and regulations are being followed by other guests.

Q: What sort of facilities does the Park offer?

A: Reserve parking and early entrance to the sports complex for starters. Spacious accommodations to set up your tailgating rig. Security. A way to enjoy the tailgating and pre-game festivities earlier as well as with your friends. Toilet facilities are also available.

Q: What sort of toilet facilities are they?

A: Port-a-johns are located throughout the Park. Please leave them in place so they are convenient for all our guests. If you would like to order your own for your space, please contact our office at 816-920-4382 and we’ll make those arrangements.

Q: Are there any electrical or water hookups?

A: Arrowhead Park is not a camping area. There are no electrical or water hookups or waste dump or pumping stations. Portable water trucks are available for your use.

Q: Can I reserve side-by-side spaces for friends?

A: It is possible if you do so in advance, using one of the methods listed above. If you choose not to pay in advance, your space will be assigned as you check in. At that time, if you wish to pay for a friend before he gets there you may do so. Other than that, all parking spots are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Q: How do I know I have a reserved place?

A: At the time you pre-pay online you will receive notification that your order has been received which will be your reservation form that you bring to Arrowhead Park and present to the gatekeeper. He will then give you a pass to display inside your front window for the duration of your stay.

If you have a second vehicle you may use that vehicle to leave and enter the park during the hours the parking lot gates are open. Know that when the gates close at 11:59 PM, no vehicles will be allowed entrance into the lot. The parking fee for an add-on vehicle is $20.

Q: Will I have ample room to set up for my usual tailgating?

A: You bet. Every parking space is 24’ X 50’. You have room to set up your tables, chairs and tailgating supplies within that space.

Q: Can we cook out or grill while at Arrowhead Park?

A: Contained barbecue and camping stoves are permitted but open fires are not. All must remain a distance of ten feet from your vehicle or other structure.

Q: How soon can I start setting up for a tailgate party?

A: As soon as you arrive or as early as 6 AM the day of the event.

Q: May I set up a tent in my parking place?

A: Sleeping outside or in tents is strictly prohibited at Arrowhead Park. You may, however, set up a tent or canopy during the day for the purpose of providing shade.

Q: Is Arrowhead Park handicap accessible?

A: If you have special needs regarding handicap accessibility please contact our office at 816-920-4382.

Q: Is there a curfew and are there noise restrictions?

A: The gate to Arrowhead Park closes at 11:59 AM the night before an event. After that time no one will be permitted to enter the park to respect your privacy. Noise restrictions are in place from 12 midnight until 6:00 AM the morning of the event.

Q: If I need a tow truck can you assist?

A: On the day of the event we have a number of tow trucks patrolling the sports complex. A member of our security staff is available to assist you if you encounter a problem with your vehicle at that time, or before or during the event.

Q: Are pets permitted?

A: Handicapped service animals are the only animals permitted in Arrowhead Park.

Q: Are ATV’s, four-wheelers or golf carts permitted?

A: These and any other motorized vehicles like them are prohibited.
